    This Delivery & Fulfillment Policy explains how JobTailor delivers its digital services and what to expect when you purchase credits or use our platform.

    1. Digital Service Delivery

    JobTailor is a digital service platform. All products delivered through JobTailor—including credits, generated documents, and AI-assisted content—are digital goods. There is no physical product shipment.

    2. Credit Delivery Timeline

    • Immediate delivery: Credits are delivered to your account instantly upon successful payment processing.
    • Account access: You can begin using your credits immediately after purchase to generate documents.
    • No delays: Under normal circumstances, there are no delays in credit delivery. If a payment is pending verification, we will notify you.

    3. Service Access & Availability

    Upon purchase, you receive access to the JobTailor platform and can generate documents using your credits. The service is available 24/7, though we may occasionally perform maintenance or updates that may temporarily affect availability.

    • We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
    • We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance whenever possible.
    • In case of unexpected downtime, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible.

    4. Document Generation Timeline

    When you generate a document using JobTailor:

    • Typical processing time: Most documents are generated within 15-30 seconds.
    • Priority processing: Users on paid plans may experience faster processing times during peak usage periods.
    • Extended wait times: During periods of high demand, processing may take longer. We will provide a real-time status update.

    5. Download & Export

    Upon successful document generation, you can immediately download your documents in the following formats:

    • Microsoft Word (.docx) format for editing
    • PDF format for immediate sharing or printing
    • Plain text format where applicable

    Downloads are available immediately and can be repeated at any time from your account.

    6. Service Failure or Issues

    If a document fails to generate after you have deducted credits:

    • You will be notified of the failure immediately.
    • Credits used in a failed generation attempt will be credited back to your account automatically or upon request.
    • If you believe credits were not properly refunded, please contact contact@jobtailor.org within 7 days with details.

    7. Data Retention & Accessibility

    Your generated documents and account data are retained for as long as your account is active. You can:

    • Access, download, and re-generate documents at any time.
    • Export your data through the account settings (see Data Export feature).
    • Request deletion of your account and associated documents at any time (see Privacy Policy).

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobTailor is not liable for:

    • Delays in document generation or credit delivery.
    • Loss of access due to service downtime or technical issues (provided we make reasonable efforts to restore service).
    • Inaccuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated documents.
    • Use of documents in any context beyond the Service itself.

    We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve issues promptly.
